  • Complimentary Corrections: If you experience any problems or are not completely satisfied with your service, we are committed to making it right. We will gladly correct any issues or errors at no additional cost to you.

  • Quality Assurance: Our team of professionals will work diligently to address your concerns and ensure that you are happy with the final result. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will take the necessary steps to resolve any issues to your complete satisfaction.

3. How to Address Concerns

  • Immediate Feedback: If you notice any issues with your service while you are still at the salon, please bring it to our attention immediately. We will take the necessary steps to correct it on the spot.

  • Post-Service Concerns: If you encounter any issues after leaving the salon, please contact us within [specified timeframe, e.g., 7 days] of your appointment. We will arrange a time for you to return so we can assess and correct the issue at no extra cost.

  • Follow-Up Appointments: For corrections, we will schedule a follow-up appointment at your earliest convenience to ensure the issue is resolved to your satisfaction.

1. Return and Exchange Policy Details

Eligibility and Conditions

  • 7-Day Return Period: You may return products within 7 days from the date of purchase for an account credit or exchange.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

2. Options for Returns

Account Credit or Exchange

  1. Account Credit:

    • Credit to Your Account: If you prefer, we will credit the full purchase amount to your Shea Madison account, which can be used towards future products.

    • No Expiration: The account credit does not expire and can be used at any time.

  2. Product Exchange:

    • Immediate Exchange: You can choose to exchange the product for another product of equal or lesser value.

    • Price Difference: If you select a product of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.

Privacy Policy

  A valid credit card on file is required to reserve a session with our salon. If you no-show or cancel with less than 24 hours notice (via phone, text, or email), 50% of the price of your scheduled session will be charged to the card on file.We send an email reminder three days prior to your session and a confirmation text message two days prior to allow you adequate time to cancel. This policy is in place to ensure our stylists and artists are paid when their time is reserved for you. We will not cancel your session should you fail to confirm via our appointment reminders. You are responsible to pay for the time you reserved in the event you do not confirm and in the event you do not receive our reminders.

If you reserve multiple sessions (cut and color for instance) on the same day you’re responsible to pay for both sessions even if you show up and inform us, you only want one of the session. In the event that your card is not able to be charged, you will be unable to rebook with us until the fee is paid in full.
